  4. The restocking fee will vary depending on the car’s condition and the amount of work required to prepare it for resale.

Refund Policy:

  1. In case of a refund request under any circumstances, there is a 45-business-day cooling-down period after the order placement.
  2. Any refund request made before the 45-day cooling-down period will be treated as a cancellation, and our cancellation policies will apply.
  3. Refunds may take up to 90 business days to process, depending on the payment method and the banks involved.
  4.  We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the car has been returned to us and inspected.
  5. If the car has been damaged or modified in any way, we may deduct the repair or restoration costs from the refund amount.
  6. The refund will be issued in the same currency and payment method used for the original purchase.

Shipping and Delivery:

  1. We will arrange for the car to be shipped to the closest port of your choice.
  2. The shipping time may vary depending on the destination and shipping method, and we will provide you with an estimated delivery date. However, final shipping depends on shippers and delay would not be considered a reason for refunds.
  3. You are responsible for all customs duties and taxes imposed by your country’s customs authorities.
  4. We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier or customs authorities.
  5. We reserve the right to cancel or delay the shipment if there are any issues with the car’s documentation, payment, or import regulations.
